There are no railways in Macau so the only other way to reach the city is via ship or ferry. Macau Ferry Terminal is the main ferry terminal of the city and handles most of the sea traffic between Macau, Hong Kong and the ports in Mainland China. From the terminal, there are regular bus services that will help you reach your destination in Macau. Other ferry terminals in Macau are Pier No. 11 at the Inner Harbour and the Taipa Temporary Ferry Terminal.
You can reach Macau by bus from Guangzhou. The trip takes around 3 hours and there are regular bus services to and from Macau. Buses are also available from Shenzhen, Dongguan and Zhuhai.
