HOW TO REACH

The island of Santorini has a limited capacity airport, which stays very busy throughout the year due to the steady inflow of tourists. The Santorini or (Thira) National Airport is the local airport servicing this island with a capacity to serve around six civilian aircraft. Most of the major regional operators such as Aegean Air, Olympic Air have scheduled daily flights to and from here along with others that connect it to the Greek mainland. However, during the peak tourist season, many other European airlines operate flights to major destinations in mainland Europe such as Rome, Paris, Amsterdam, Birmingham, Oslo, Munich, Brussels and many others. Some of these seasonal airlines are Easy Jet, Finnair, Lufthansa, Iberia Express, etc.
